This was established in 2002 with integration of 9 undergraduate school ブラックジャックゲームルール groups. The ブラックジャックゲームルール have a strong union inside and outside the university, exchanging information, cooperating and collaborating to contribute to the development of the ブラックジャックゲームルール and the University.

This organization is active in the economic and industrial fields to create bonds among graduates that reach beyond faculties, departments, and graduation year.
