To get ブラックジャック確率 on railway pass, please ask at the office of your faculty for a sticker which should be attached to your student ID card.

Should you need a ブラックジャック確率 pass on bus lines, please ask for a relevant certificate at your faculty office.

Only elective course students are not eligible for the ブラックジャック確率, but still can purchase an ordinary commuter pass which could be reasonable for frequent riders.

Discount on railway tickets

Degree-seeking students can purchase long distance (101 kilometers or more one way ) railway tickets 20% cheaper than regular price if they submit a ブラックジャック確率 certificate (gakuwari shomeisho).

ブラックジャック確率 certificates are issued by automatic issuing machines at each campus.
