ブラックジャックルール from private foundations
For privately-financed international student , there are two methods for receiving a ブラックジャックルール from a private foundation: ① ブラックジャックルール recommendation and ② direct application.
Candidates for scholarships from private foundations will be selected from among of those who have registered and submitted the ブラックジャックルール application to the ISD. Find more information on How to Register and Apply.
New ブラックジャックルール information (registration, requirements, etc.) will be posted on Japanese page as well as the bulletin board outside of the ISD office. Please check regularly so you don’t miss the most current information.
Some scholarships require Japanese skills for essays and interview, or do not allow candidates to receive other scholarships. Please refer to the list of scholarships offered to ブラックジャックゲームルール students for recruitment periods and requirements. Please note that the application period and condition may change.

2026.3.13 (Important Notice)
Those who wish to apply for scholarships that require a recommendation from the university must register from April 1 to April 15, 2026. As a result of registering, you may apply for candidate selection for scholarships where applications will be closed within the university from the end of May 2026 to the end of November 2026. Registration is required every six months (April and October.) If you want to apply for a ブラックジャックルール, please make sure to register this time again even if you registered in October 2025.

2025.1.16(Important Notice)
Until the previous 2024 registration of ブラックジャックルール applicants, current students registered in late January and new students did in late March for the first semester, and for the second semester, students who did not complete registration for the first semester registered in early October.
The ブラックジャックルール period for 2025, however, will differ from the previous one. As for the first semester, the ブラックジャックルール is scheduled from the 1st to the 15th of April.(both current and new students) For the second semester, the ブラックジャックルール is scheduled from the 1st to the 15th of October.
Additionally, in the past registration, students who completed the first registration did not need to register for the second one, but in the school year 2025, all of the students who wish to apply for ブラックジャックルール must register for both the first and the second semester respectively.(twice a year)
The details will be on the website after March 1.
2024.8.30(Important Notice)
Those who wish to apply for ブラックジャックルール that require a recommendation from the university must register. As a result of registering, you may apply for ブラックジャックルール offered within the 2024 school year (until March, 2025).
